Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to)
•
Coordinate market research projects to develop new insights in order to sustain or improve the development / continuance of brand profile and architecture.
•
Initiate competitive product testing (lab analysis and in-use or panel tests) and evaluation activities that define gaps and opportunities in order to devise a suggested action plan in order to ensure that the product is on target consistent with brand positioning on a monthly basis (along with a reporting system).
•
Follow up with the category team that all the CCF are issued and set a monthly meeting with the brand manager to assess and evaluate the quality of the products.
•
Propose new/innovative promotional tools, online initiatives, marketing events, and PR plans in order to build a strong consumer relationship to achieve brand growth objectives within the allocated budget.
•
Coordinate approved packaging graphics projects working with the creative teams and suppliers to meet the set timelines for the product launches and promo mechanics requirements.
•
Analyze retail audit reports (AC Nielson, EPOS …) in order to monitor brand market share, and track competitive moves, changes and proposes corrective actions to meet growth objectives.
•
Manage social media communication and editorial campaigns on all platforms as per yearly set calendar in collaboration with digital marketing
Required Job Qualifications & Competencies

Education & Experience
•
Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, MBA is a plus.
•
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FMCG.
•
In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes.
•
Must be knowledgeable in a similar role.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
