Essential Functions:
- Own ongoing Add/Drop content and network portfolio decisions, evaluating opportunities based on programming costs, customer engagement, churn impact, and competitive positioning.
- Develop consumer packaging recommendations by translating complex content, carriage economics, and business trade-offs into clear, actionable strategies.
- Lead the analysis and interpretation of quantitative insights from market research, competitive intelligence, customer surveys, UX feedback, call center data, and churn trends to inform business decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that support content strategy, packaging optimization, and customer retention initiatives.
- Guide analytical workstreams and leverage business insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize customer value propositions, and improve overall business performance.
- Apply deep expertise in pay-tv, streaming, and telecommunications to shape package construction, pricing strategies, content economics, and carriage negotiations.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities within contractual, content, and pricing frameworks to create innovative consumer offerings and drive business growth.
- Assess competitive market dynamics and evolving customer preferences to recommend strategic content and packaging enhancements that strengthen market position. Stress-test every recommendation against a credible opposing view and challenge stakeholder assumptions (while welcoming the same), backed by strong written and verbal storytelling.

- Experience evaluating complex business decisions that span multiple products, customer segments, and cross-functional organizations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, business case development, and strategic analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
- Experience querying, validating, and analyzing data using SQL and related tools.
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Ability to evaluate business opportunities from customer, marketing, financial, and operational perspectives.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions, simplify complex problems, and influence strategic decision-making.
- Experience in pricing, offer strategy, customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in subscription-based, streaming (SVOD), telecommunications, media, or other recurring revenue businesses.
- Collaborative mindset with strong business judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with customer research, survey, contact center, and segmentation data.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Databricks and Lakehouse environments.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or LLM-enabled tools for market monitoring and analysis.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with subscriber, churn, audience measurement, or media analytics.
- Understanding of A/B testing and test design methodologies.
