We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to help keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing daily production schedules, monitoring work orders, communicating shifting priorities, and partnering across teams to ensure customer deadlines are met. 
 
Shift start time: 7:00AM - 3:30PM, Monday to Friday

In This Role

  • Plan and manage daily production schedules based on fluctuating customer demand, order volume, and deadlines 
  • Communicate real-time changes in prioritization clearly and promptly to all appropriate team members and departments 
  • Monitor active work orders across the production floor, identifying and resolving stalled, delayed, or blocked orders 
  • Coordinate the release and tracking of expedited work orders to the production floor, ensuring timely fulfillment 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer products, standard lead times, active promotions, and fulfillment requirements 
  • Proactively flag capacity constraints, material shortages, or scheduling conflicts to leadership before they impact deadlines 
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting actionable solutions 
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

  • 3+ years of experience in production coordination, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field preferred 
  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Clear and confident communicator—comfortable interfacing with team members at all levels 
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment 
  • Familiarity with print production, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments is a bonus but not required
