LogicMonitor is seeking a strategic, experienced, and proactive leader to drive the evolution of our Professional Services (PS) offerings. In this role, you'll partner with CX leadership to develop and scale best-in-class services that deliver measurable customer value, resolve key challenges, and drive platform adoption.

You will help define what it means to be a trusted partner — designing strategic enablement programs, building new service offerings, and coaching internal teams through complex customer scenarios. Success in this role requires a challenging mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration, and an in-depth understanding of how services contribute to long-term customer growth and operational excellence.

This person will report to the Senior Director of Customer Experience at LogicMonitor and be located near one of LogicMonitor's offices.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Proactively partner with Professional Services leadership to ensure PS team members are equipped to drive customer growth and product adoption through strategically aligned new and existing offerings.

  • Leverage in-depth metrics and customer feedback to develop, refine, and evolve PS offerings; identify gaps in available data and proactively address them to inform decisions.

  • Collaborate with the data analytics team to provide strategic guidance on reporting and analytical needs that influence business outcomes.

  • Support global leaders in developing challenging and forward-thinking internal and external initiatives that align with CX goals.

  • Increase team performance and subject matter expertise through coaching, proactive enablement, and best practice sharing.

  • Mentor and guide team members to overcome risks, blockers, and ensure projects remain strategically aligned to team and organizational goals.

  • Formulate strategic execution plans grounded in an in-depth understanding of the business, audience needs, and levers for customer growth.

  • Promote delivery consistency across PS projects through structured enablement programs and learning sessions.

  • Align cross-functionally with Product, CTA, and Enablement teams to communicate needs and share best practices for onboarding PS teams to new products and features.

  • Lead and manage internal communications to ensure visibility, alignment, and knowledge sharing across the team.

  • Own the end-to-end PS QBR process — including data analysis, feedback synthesis, and support in developing strategic presentations for the VP of PS.

  • Own and drive the PS V2M2 process and recurring strategic reporting, applying an experienced lens to ensure alignment, impact, and continuous improvement

What You'll Need:
  • 6+ years of experienced, hands-on leadership in a NOC or Operations Center environment, applying best practices such as ITIL to drive scalable outcomes.

  • Proven ability to deliver strategically aligned, in-depth solutions through data analysis, root cause identification, and proactive problem-solving.

  • Experienced facilitator and mentor, skilled in enabling technical professionals and driving adoption of best practices across challenging environments.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

  • Professional Services experience is a must, ideally with LogicMonitor or ITIM platforms; admin-level LM experience is highly desirable.

  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving innovation by presenting strategic recommendations and alternative solutions.

  • Adaptable, proactive team player who thrives in dynamic environments and responds quickly to evolving customer and business priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and work independently or collaboratively with strategic, cross-functional teams.

  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.
