As Program Manager of Business Operations at Epicor, you will be at the forefront of driving transformational initiatives that shape our future. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs, partner with key stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of strategic priorities. Your ability to pivot between strategic and technical conversations, influence adoption, and maintain executive-level visibility will be critical to success.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive large-scale business programs from initiation through delivery and adoption, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain program charters, integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Scope, execute, and manage delivery using project management and change management methodologies, while promoting stakeholder readiness.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and other functional teams to align on milestones, success metrics, and quote-to-cash process improvements.
  • Analyze complex processes, identify gaps, and design effective business processes to incorporate into functional requirements.
  • Coordinate project teams and external vendors to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery and adherence to governance standards.
  • Provide executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, issues, and budget health, escalating with mitigation options as needed.

What you will likely bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience leading business process and system transformation projects.
  • Strong expertise in project management, program management, change management, and business process design.
  • Experience with quote-to-cash processes and Salesforce; CPQ
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive presence and ability to present to VPs and occasionally CEO.
  • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and collaborate across Sales, Finance, and IT.
  • Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing ambiguity and shifting priorities.

  • Strong ability to lead large-scale transformational programs and drive adoption.
  • Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Noetix, or Power BI.)
  • Experience in software or technology-enabled organizations.
