The Program Manager (based in Norway) will oversee and coordinate complex, multi‑project delivery programs that bring M‑Files solutions to customers. This role ensures that all projects within a program align with strategic objectives, meet customer expectations, and deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Define program scope, structure, and success criteria to support overall customer and business objectives.
  • Ensure projects within the program are scoped accurately and resourced appropriately.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to validate solution definitions and effort estimates.
  • Work with Sales to confirm program budgets support required delivery capacity.
  • Coordinate with Services Leadership to confirm availability of consulting resources.
  • Collaborate with the Subcontracting Manager to ensure subcontracted components can be sourced and integrated effectively.


Program Execution & Delivery

  • 10 + years of project and program manager experience in the ICT sector
  • Secure and coordinate consulting, Product Development (PD), and subcontracted resources needed across all program projects.
  • Establish program‑level governance, communication practices, and meeting cadences.
  • Ensure stakeholders understand roles, responsibilities, and expectations across the full program.
  • Oversee task allocation within project teams and monitor progress across streams.
  • Maintain strong communication and transparency with customers at program level.
  • Identify and resolve cross‑project dependencies, risks, and issues proactively.
  • Manage scope changes across the program, ensuring impact analysis and approval on schedule, cost, and resource plans.
  • Drive the program toward successful completion, ensuring all deliverables are approved by the customer.


Collaboration Opportunities

  • Report and escalate program‑level delivery risks to the Team Manager or Director, Project Management Office.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales (Sales Managers, Key Account Managers) throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Coordinate resource allocation with Regional Services Leadership.
  • Work with PD Team Managers to secure and track PD contributions for program needs.
  • Engage Service Managers early to plan the transition from program delivery into ongoing service management.

  • Ability to manage multi‑project programs across diverse industries, scopes, and technical contexts.
  • Strong leadership and execution skills, with the ability to manage dependencies and drive outcomes across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of aligning customers, stakeholders, and internal teams toward shared goals.
  • Ability to develop high‑level expertise in M‑Files solutions and technologies to support effective program decision‑making.

Requirements

Who you are/Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree e.g. in International Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Great Communicator: We're seeking someone who can chat with anyone—from customers to team members—with ease. You'll need to translate customers' wishes into clear plans and keep everyone in the loop, all while keeping it friendly and understandable.
    • This role requires native‑level Norwegian proficiency (both written and spoken) and fluent English. These are mandatory for effective customer communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross‑team collaboration across the Nordic and global organization.
  • Project Management: If you're the kind of person who can keep competing priorities balanced, you might be perfect for this role. We need someone who can organize tasks, manage resources, and handle any curveballs that come their way, all while keeping things on track, on time, and on budget.
