About The Job

As an experienced program delivery leader within the Global Product Strategic Delivery Team, this role is responsible for leading sophisticated, cross-functional programs. These programs support Aristocrat’s product portfolio and strategic business priorities. This role translates objectives into structured delivery plans, drives disciplined execution, and ensures programs are delivered with clear governance, transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

As a trusted partner to operational heads and program collaborators, this role provides structure in ambiguity, influences alignment across matrixed teams, and proactively manages risks, dependencies, decisions, and commitments. The Program Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy. They frequently engage with peers, customers, and functional managers. They contribute to the ongoing improvement of standards, tools, reporting, and delivery practices.

What You’ll Do

· Lead end-to-end delivery of sophisticated, cross-functional programs with multiple interconnected workstreams, clear business outcomes, and enterprise visibility.

· Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans, achievements, success measures, governance routines, and ownership models.

· Partner with functional leaders and colleagues across departments to align priorities, resolve ambiguity, and maintain focus on program outcomes in matrixed environments.

· Establish and maintain program artifacts, dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics that provide clarity and support informed decision-making.

· Proactively identify, assess, raise, and drive resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, decision points, and delivery constraints.

· Facilitate governance forums, program reviews, and decision-making routines that promote timely escalation, clear accountability, and disciplined execution.

· Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority by clarifying scope, sequencing, commitments, trade-offs, and success measures.

· Contribute to continuously improving standards, delivery methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting practices while mentoring less experienced team members.

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Product, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

· 6+ years of experience leading sophisticated programs, critical initiatives, enterprise delivery efforts, or related cross-functional work.

· Proven success operating as a program leader across multiple functional areas, preferably in product, technology, gaming, digital, or similarly complex environments.

· Strong communication skills, including the ability to frame complex issues, risks, decisions, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly for leadership and cross-functional team members.

· Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build trust with partners, and gain alignment in ambiguous or fast paced situations.

· Solid understanding of program management practices, governance models, risk and dependency management, performance tracking, and implementation methodologies.

· Experience working with globally distributed teams and within environments involving regulatory, compliance, operational, or commercialization constraints.

· Advanced proficiency with enterprise delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Power BI.

· Ability to work mostly autonomously while validating key decisions with leadership or senior peers when programs involve business-critical outcomes.
