As a Program Manager, you will help support strategic special projects and the ongoing operational needs of the team. You will partner with sales, product, engineering and operations to oversee a portfolio of enablement programs. The ideal candidate will have a sharp mind for solving problems in a pragmatic way. You have a strong talent for aligning goals across cross-functional teams by bringing structure, teamwork, and critical thinking.
This is a remote position.
What you should have- 5+ years of experience in account, product, project, or program management
- Exceptional priority management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Passionate about problem-solving and believe in the power of collaboration
- Strong communicator and collaborator (you can bring senior stakeholders and peers along with a clear plan)
- Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization
- A strategic thinker (you can see trends and prioritize across many opportunities)
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
