About the Position: 

As a mid-level Project Coordinator in the Project Services group, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Management team with non-technical work and tasks associated with current projects across a variety of industries.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 / year

The salary range above is based upon the Denver, Colorado labor market. This opportunity is available to both local / in-office (Lakewood, Colorado) and full-time remote candidates.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Demonstrates the ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project changes
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight
  • Coordinates closely with Project Managers to accurately manage project documentation across multiple projects at different phases, along with other administrative tasks
  • Works with Project Managers, and cross-functionally, to manage the Request for Information (RFI) and submittal review processes effectively, while relaying the information to team members, accurately logging RFI responses and client comments
  • Tracks project submittals and project information such as meeting minutes
  • Performs a variety of duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed
  • Maintains outstanding company-client relationships
  • Team Member is responsible for managing their own work schedule with input from their supervisor and completing assigned tasks. Team Member should identify discrepancies in assigned work and bring to attention of supervisor or engineer responsible for the project in a timely manner. Team Member’s work product should be self-checked in a manner that is suitable for review by the supervisor or engineer responsible for the project.

Must Have

Education: An associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not required

Experience: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience, industry knowledge is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and other computer software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills • A strong written and verbal command of the English language
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Nice to Have
  • Background in engineering is a plus
  • Background in document control software such as Procore is a plus
  • Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
Working Conditions

Work Environment: Work is performed in an office setting and some field work may be required

Travel: Minimal: 0 – 10% 

Work Environment 
  • Hybrid or fully remote work model depending on location and project needs  

  • Travel typically ranges from 15–25% and varies by project  

  • Combination of office-based work and periodic field engagement
