This role supports the Optum Enterprise Solutions (OES) team by coordinating day to day administrative operations, meeting logistics, communications, as well as experience and strategy related project support. The coordinator helps ensure the team operates efficiently by managing calendars, preparing materials, organizing meetings and events, tracking follow ups, supporting onboarding and office processes, and maintaining strong communication across internal partners.
The role also provides project coordination support for OES initiatives, including status updates, timeline tracking, documentation, presentation support, and follow up on action items to help ensure work is completed on time and in scope. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment.
This position is full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.

- Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, compiling materials, documenting notes, and tracking follow up items

- Support administrative operations, including office processes, supplies, hardware and software coordination, and new employee onboarding
- Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, workshops, conferences, team events, and other experience related forums
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information, leadership communications, and team documents
- Assist with OES project coordination, including tracking timelines, preparing status updates, organizing files, and following up on deliverables
- Create and maintain basic reports, trackers, presentation materials, and project documentation
- Proactively identify administrative issues, resolve routine challenges, and recommend improvements to help the team operate more effectively
- Partner with internal stakeholders across OES and business teams to support coordination and communication

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ years of applicable administrative, coordinator, consumer, product, OR business support experience
- Experience preparing meeting materials, status updates, reports, and presentations
- Experience in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Excel experience, including data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and importing data into spreadsheets
- Microsoft PowerPoint experience creating and editing presentations
