Job Overview:

The Project Management team at Cambium Assessment, Inc. works closely with internal teams and the client to make sure all deliverables related to large-scale computer-based assessment programs are performed according to the contract. As part of the Project team, the Project Coordinator will work collaboratively with the team on specific short- and long-term projects. In this role, you will oversee tasks delegated to you by the program managers and provide general administrative support for internal CAI teams as well as the client.  The Project Coordinator is expected to work independently on managing small projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates logistics and registration for in-person and virtual meetings, conferences, cross-program initiatives, and training sessions.

  • Facilitates educator compensation activities, including collecting and reviewing required forms, tracking attendance and participation, and coordinating timely stipend and reimbursement payments.

  • Creates and distributes agendas, official meeting minutes, issue logs/tracking documents, and other project management artifacts.

  • Communicates information to educators and other external stakeholders and responds to questions and requests within the area of responsibility.

  • Supports the creation of training materials such as PowerPoint presentations and recorded modules.

  • Supports the creation of publications and other ancillary materials.

  • Performs software user acceptance testing and software specification verifications.

  • Travel quarterly to attend project meetings.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, program support, or related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting client-facing project work.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using work management or project tracking tools such as Smartsheet.

  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and detailed tasks simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex, detail-oriented assignments with limited direction.

  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 4–5 times per year.
