About Us:

Steer Health is a healthcare innovation company transforming patient engagement, acquisition, and retention through intelligent automation and data-driven marketing strategies. We work with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems to deliver measurable outcomes and improve digital experiences across the patient journey.

We're looking for a sharp, organized Project Coordinator to help our team deliver exceptional work for clients across the country. You'll be in the room (or on the call) from day one — taking notes, tracking action items, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a great fit for someone who is naturally organized, communicates clearly, and stays calm when clients push back. You don't need years of experience — you need to be dependable, professional, and hungry to grow.

What You'll Do

Client Meetings & Communication

•      Join client calls alongside senior team members

•      Take detailed, organized meeting notes and distribute timely recaps

•      Maintain a professional, composed presence even with demanding client personalities

•      Serve as a point of contact for routine client updates and follow-up questions

Project Tracking & Action Items

•      Build and maintain project trackers, timelines, and task lists across client accounts

•      Own follow-through — assign action items, set deadlines, and follow up until done

•      Identify when things are slipping and flag proactively before they become problems

•      Keep shared documentation current and easy to navigate

Internal Team Coordination

•      Run internal syncs: prep agendas, take notes, circulate next steps

•      Coordinate across team members (SEO, paid media, content, leadership) to move projects forward

•      Support senior staff with administrative and operational tasks as needed

Nice to Have

•      Internship or part-time experience in a client-facing or agency environment

•      Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, email, social)

•      Experience supporting meetings or taking structured notes in a professional setting

Growth Path

This role is designed to grow. Strong performers will have a clear path toward independently owning client relationships, expanding into account management, or specializing in a digital marketing discipline. We invest in people who show up consistently and take initiative.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field — communications, marketing, business, or related preferred

•      Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

•      Obsessively organized — you live and die by your task list

•      Emotionally mature — you can handle a stressed or frustrated client without internalizing it

•      Fast learner who picks up new tools and processes quickly

•      Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift

•      Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Canva, or similar tools; project management tools a plus (Asana, Monday, ClickUp)
