The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and support the successful execution of small-scale IT projects. In this role, you’ll work across all phases of a project—from gathering requirements to final closeout—while ensuring timelines, budgets, and communication flow smoothly across stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and schedule engineering resources for ad hoc and longer-term project needs.
• Support project planning by helping define scope, resource needs, timelines, and team responsibilities.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation including budgets, timelines, reports, and communications.
• Assist in estimating timelines, resource requirements, and costs using established best practices.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Track progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, documentation reviews, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and monitor quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current on relevant technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Contribute to client presentations and assist with solution positioning when needed.

Required Skills and Professional Experience

• Associate degree or equivalent work or military experience required.
• Two or more years of experience coordinating or managing projects, preferably in IT or technology environments.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident in client-facing interactions and able to build trusted relationships.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
