Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end installation execution projects, including metering and product enablement. Maintain hardware throughout life-cycle
Technical Strategy: Provide technical support to the Sales team and assist customers with energy reduction strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with Engineering to develop hardware and innovative metering solutions.
Process Improvement: Define and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and accelerate installation timelines.
Compliance: Ensure all materials, installations, and technologies meet rigorous industry and market standards.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor in Engineering/Technical related field or relevant work experience
Work Experience: 2 years with Bachelor or 6+ years relevant work experience
Core Competencies: Results-driven, analytical, and highly motivated team player with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Technical Expertise: Experience in hardware commissioning, troubleshooting, data platform integration, and contractor management.
Software Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce.
Preferred Skills: PMP certification; background in electrical, HVAC, or industrial controls, energy storage, energy efficiency, data analysis; proficiency in reading/drawing electrical schematics.
