Responsibilities

  • Agile Facilitation: Coordinate multiple squads using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), facilitating high-value ceremonies, removing impediments, and keeping teams engaged.
  • Executive & Stakeholder Management: Communicate fluently with Directors, VPs, and global partners, translating technical progress into clear business value and executive metrics.

2. Risk Mitigation & Vendor Management

  • Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively map and mitigate architectural and business risks, developing robust contingency plans.
  • Project Handovers: Structure and document project transfer processes (Handovers) between infrastructure, cloud, and software engineering teams securely and seamlessly.

Qualifications

  • IT Background: Proven track record managing highly complex software development, systems architecture, or cloud infrastructure projects (Azure/GCP).
  • Agile Methodologies: Deep command of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and performance metrics (Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time).
  • Enterprise Tools: Advanced proficiency in modern tracking and collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar).
  • Global Communication: Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience or strong proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools daily to boost project management efficiency and productivity.
  • Familiarity with oversight of AI-driven deliverables (such as Voicebots, Chatbots, agentic workflows, or Big Data/Databricks pipelines).
  • Recognized industry certifications such as PMP (PMI), PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or foundational Cloud certifications (Azure/GCP).
