We are looking for Project Manager in Austin, TX for 12+ months contract position.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience Project Management Life Cycle processes and documentation

• Skilled in delivering projects on time and within budget for projects with a large number of stakeholders

• Strong verbal and written skills with all levels of an organization including line staff up to Executive staff

• Skill with developing and interpreting Use Case documentation.

• Skill in guiding large projects teams with internal and varied level of management involvement.

• Skilled in change management and change readiness practices

• Skilled in managing competing interests from various project stakeholders and reaching consensus for appropriate next actions.

• Experience with HHS programs.

• Experience working with caseworker systems.

• Experience Project Management Life Cycle processes and documentation

Preferences:

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university

• Advanced skills using Visio and Visio Professional software.

• Experience developing process flows using the Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) methodology.

• Demonstration of creative thinking and business process analysis to solve business issues.

• Experience with completing DIR-specific project templates such as change management plans, and reporting processes

• Knowledge of SACWIS (statewide automated child welfare information systems).
