Job Description

The position is needed to provide program management, planning and implementation management, vendor coordination, and contract monitoring. Duties will include: Managing multiple project teams, managing vendor tasks, timelines and deliverables, and coordinating and communicating with the Executive staff, customer groups and other impacted organizations. The selected candidate will ensure all project targets are met within expected scope and contract and legal requirements follow our client's policies and standards.

                     and enhancement of complex automated and non-automated systems.

8                   Ability to schedule and implement large, multi-faceted projects and tasks in an

                     accurate and timely manner.

8                   Ability to lead and direct the efforts of managed services vendors.

8                   Ability to work in a team environment and to promote a positive climate that fosters                                  cooperation and teamwork.


8                  Ability to identify, analyze and develop solutions for complex problems.

 

8                  Ability to communicate orally and in writing to technical and non-technical staff.

8                  Ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent project tasks, work under

                    pressure, and ensure high-quality deliverables and outcomes.

    

8                  Ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies and/or

                    contingency plans.

8                 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

8                 Ability to work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions.

 8                  Experience with contract monitoring, vendor performance management,                                                  corrective action plans, service level agreement validation.

 8                Skill in analyzing customer business needs and translating them into project tasks.

8                 Knowledge of the Telecom & Network infrastructure projects.
