WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who would be responsible for leading the implementation phase for new client set-up and existing client renewals as needed. This includes planning and coordinating both client and cross-functional operational teams to support all aspects of setup and design. This position will serve as the main point of contact during the implementation.
What You'll Do:
- Lead or help develop project scope, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g. Statement of Work, Business Vision Document)
- Establish/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with stakeholder input (e.g. key performance indicators, scope definition)
- Develop, communicate and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g. mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)
- Communicate and report project status
- Understand different platforms and applications being implemented to be able to direct the design, development, testing, and implementation of a technical project
- Quickly respond to client requests for immediate issues while also being able to drive projects to completion
- Virtually manage 1-2 Implementation Manager team members by serving as an escalation point for day to day questions and to assist with issue resolution
- Analyze each client's specific challenges, determine the underlying problem and recommend proper solutions
- Oversee the overall project, with ultimate responsibility for success or failure of the engagement, specifically focused on ensuring overall client satisfaction and quality of delivery and profitability of the engagement
- Review project deliverables for completeness and appropriateness
- Review risks and mitigation plan on a regular basis
- Be an evangelist of Artemis by serving as an advocate and spokesperson, effectively communicating our company’s mission, products, and value to both internal and external audiences
What You'll Have:
- 3+ years of project management experience on software implementation projects using data and information to make business decisions
- Experience with healthcare data
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment
- Ability to lead and mentor other team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
