At SailPoint, the Community and Education team is on a mission to grow identity security skills to meet the increasing demand for talent in the Identity Security industry. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Training & Certification Development, the Learning Experience Project Manager will operationalize and lead multiple processes and projects, including Quality Assurance, cross-functional content development with teams outside of the Community and Education department, and localization. We are seeking a results-oriented team player with a continuous improvement mindset who is passionate about building and managing scalable, repeatable processes and executing projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage all learning experience projects as assigned, including setting scope and priorities, establishing project goals and tracking KPIs, securing resources, establishing timelines, providing regular project communications to all applicable stakeholders, and delivering work based on agreed-upon timelines.

· Using established learning experience quality standards, develop and execute the Curriculum Development Quality Assurance Review process in collaboration with the Program Manager and Learning Experience Operations, and run monthly feedback meetings identifying opportunities to improve curriculum quality.

· Establish and implement an intake, content development, and quality review process for departments outside of Community and Education wishing to share their education products within the SailPoint customer experience ecosystem, including branding guidelines, templates, and best practices.

· Manage the education product development process with cross-functional departments, securing resources, establishing timelines, reviewing quality, and developing learning experiences as needed.

· Build a cost-efficient localization program aligned with priority markets, determining how to best utilize available AI, localization tools, and vendor resources, and collaborate closely with global teams to execute and maintain high-quality, up-to-date translations.

· Adopt a “continuous improvement” mindset across all projects, tracking and analyzing success metrics and using data-driven insights to identify ways to enhance project outcomes and process efficiency.

Required Experience and Qualifications include:

· 3+ years of experience in learning experience or training operations, or program management in a corporate or SaaS environment.

· Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and optimize project processes that align with business objectives and drive efficiency.

· Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business priorities, balance competing demands (i.e. budget, resources, timelines, stakeholder needs), and align learning experience projects with strategic goals.

· Excellent communication skills with a strong track record of working collaboratively across global teams, managing stakeholder needs effectively, and influencing without direct authority.

· Continuous learning mindset with a drive to self-develop, adapt, and stay informed on the latest learning experience trends and best practices.

· Proficient in using project management and data reporting tools (e.g. MS excel, Asana, Smartsheet etc.) and learning development authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360).

Preferred:

· Familiarity with curriculum development technologies and tools (i.e. LMS platforms), learning analytics, and training impact measurement.

· Understanding of UX design principles as they relate to learning experience design and development.

· Experience with establishing and scaling quality assurance processes in a training development environment.

· Familiarity with content localization best practices and thought leadership.

Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):

$77,200 - $110,300 - $143,400

Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
