Company Profile

At Sand Cherry Associates, we excel in the design and delivery of strategic customer-centric initiatives through digitally native, data-empowered solutions.  Our client’s confidence in us is centered on exceptionally skilled, high-energy talent working with the support of the full Sand Cherry team.  Finding the right match for this role is a critical aspect of continuing that success.

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Broadband Enterprise Project Manager with a focus on process engineering operations to support an Engineering PMO organization in a telecommunications company. This role will lead project coordination, working sessions, process development, requirements gathering, and implementation activities tied to engineering and network operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience documenting current-state and future-state workflows, building business and functional requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting initiatives focused on improving and ultimately automating device provisioning and deployment workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with process engineering and telecommunications operations experience. This is a highly collaborative and execution-focused role supporting initiatives from discovery and process definition through implementation.

This is a remote role. Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring Visa sponsorship or Visa transfers. Please note that we do not work C2C.

 Duties & Responsibilities

 • Lead day-to-day project coordination activities across engineering and technical initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with engineering, operations, field services, provisioning, inventory, and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, action logs, status reporting, and implementation tracking.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational requirements.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and implementation requirements.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, manual activities, and workflow improvement opportunities.
• Support initiatives focused on streamlining and automating provisioning, deployment, configuration, and installation workflows.
• Assist in developing scalable processes that enable field technicians to provision and activate devices onsite rather than relying on pre-configured inventory or staging activities.
• Coordinate with teams supporting provisioning systems, workflow automation tools, systems integration efforts, and operational platforms.
• Prepare project updates, implementation plans, process documentation, meeting materials, and operational recommendations.
• Drive follow-up actions, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and implementation coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Communicate project status, process updates, risks, dependencies, and operational impacts to client stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Experience facilitating operational and technical working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of telecommunications networks, field installation, provisioning, inventory management, device deployment, or technician workflows.

• Strong organizational, execution, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Lucidchart, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or related project and process management tools.

• Experience supporting Enterprise Engineering, PMO, or network engineering organizations is preferred.
