Position Summary
The Technical Program Specialist - Cold Plate manages execution activities for assigned customer accounts, serving as a key coordination point from design handoff through production, delivery, site deployment, and customer acceptance. This role supports the translation of customer requirements and launch timing into clear internal execution plans, coordinating cross-functional teams to key milestones and helping ensure the business is prepared to deliver against customer commitments.
This individual drives execution discipline across engineering, operations, sales, and other supporting functions to keep programs on track, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain clear communication with both internal stakeholders and the customer. The role requires solid project management capabilities, customer presence, and the ability to support rapid design iterations, competing priorities, and execution risk in a fast-paced environment.
Success in this position depends on strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to coordinate across teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting business and operational objectives.

- Early identification and escalation of execution risks before they materially impact schedule, quality, or customer commitments
- Strong alignment between customer expectations and internal delivery capability, with changes and tradeoffs communicated clearly
- Successful coordination of design iteration cycles without losing schedule control or compromising execution quality
- Accurate and timely status reporting, milestone tracking, and escalation management across assigned accounts
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution timeline for assigned accounts, including coordination with integration partners and ODMs, from design handoff through production, delivery, site deployment, and customer acceptance
- Translate customer launch schedules into internal milestone plans, coordinating dependencies across teams (applications engineering, operations, sales, etc.)
- Support rapid iteration cycles between engineering and customer-facing teams, ensuring design revisions are incorporated and revalidated while staying on schedule
- Serve as an execution point of contact for assigned accounts, managing milestone communications, status reporting, and escalation handling
- Coordinate with Sales to maintain alignment between customer expectations and internal execution capacity
- Participate in cross-functional issue resolution efforts, driving accountability and timely closure on blockers
- Proactively identify execution risks across workstreams and recommend mitigation strategies
- Maintain detailed program documentation, including schedules, risk logs, action item trackers, and status reports
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of project management or program coordination experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related technical field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, data center infrastructure, and commissioning processes preferred
- Experience working with ODMs or contract manufacturers is a plus
- PMP or similar certification preferred but not required
