We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage large, complex Electronic Tolling projects from design and build and inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering large Tolling projects, hardware and software systems, project management, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, implementation and closing of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment with focus on business value.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Risk & Opportunity Management: Pro-actively identifies project risks & opportunities and develop mitigation/management strategies to ensure project success.

  • Contract Management: Manages the fulfillment of the Contract Management and pro-active Claim and Change Management.

  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and timely financial reporting.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables comply to standards.

  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years proven track record in Project Manager position leading large, complex Tolling projects from D&B to completion. P3 project and agency experience is a plus.

  • Certifications: PMP or IPMA  project management certification required or the ability to obtain within the first six months

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).

    • Solid understanding of IT and Telecommunication technologies, software engineering and industry standards. Agile competences are a benefit.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
