Project Manager

Our Round Rock, TX business unit growing! As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of relatively small to mid-sized projects or a definable portion of larger projects in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Salary Information: $133,000 - $145,200 annually

Your Challenge:

  • Plans, initiates and manages small to mid-sized projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards. Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core projects.

  • Develops and maintains detailed project plans and timelines while maintaining resources effectively.

  • Communicates regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and issues. Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative and practical ways.

  • Conducts project reviews and adapts strategies as needed to respond to changing requirements.

  • Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and project management best practices.

What You Bring:

  • Must be a US Person.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, project management, or a related field preferred.

  • 7+ years' of relevant project management experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of MS Office.

  • Excellent team collaboration skills.
