Job Description Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management project activities. We are looking for candidates that have a strong background with large, strategic technology implementations. We need experienced and dynamic candidates that will ensure the successful delivery of projects, driving alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and stakeholder expectations. Their leadership will ensure the timely and effective delivery of projects. We need a project manager who is self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large program / project strategic implementations.  
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of assigned projects to agreed schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and external vendors, to define project requirements and deliverables. 
  • Ensure proper integration and compatibility across all impacted systems.
  • Lead timely resolution of key issues, decisions, escalations, and risks. Identify and track risks and response recommendations. Implement mitigation plans as needed.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders and project teams to track and monitor project health and escalate issues through established project governance.
  • Assist with managing the vendor; ensuring implementation partner is delivering in accordance with statement of work, project plan, project charter and adhering to project schedule.
  • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path.
  • Clearly communicates any changes to situation or scope of the project.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate project reports including progress and health updates, RAID items, budget. Ensure project resources are utilized effectively. 
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders and leadership. 
  • Chair project steering committee and governance meetings to ensure key stakeholders are aligned with the direction and progress of the project.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 110,500.00 - $130,000.00
