Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dedicated delivery team supporting the design, installation, and testing of network circuits and hardware for a large enterprise customer. This role is one of three Project Managers assigned to the account and plays a critical role in ensuring successful, timely, and high-quality project execution across multiple concurrent installations.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple network and hardware installation projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and quality standards
  • Participate in customer discovery calls to gather requirements, confirm scope, and align on deployment plans
  • Order network hardware and licensing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with project requirements
  • Coordinate with internal vendors and third-party partners for shipping, receiving, and on-site installations
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or dependencies, and develop mitigation or contingency plans as needed
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear, concise updates to customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Utilize Smartsheets to track installations, manage timelines, run reports, and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and effectively, driving issues to resolution while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with engineering, warehousing, vendor technicians, and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, create efficiencies, and accelerate delivery timelines
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment that encourages communication, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of project tracking and reporting tools, including Smartsheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience conducting and managing virtual meetings using collaboration platforms (e.g., WebEx or similar tools)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective during customer escalations
