Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise data enablement initiatives supporting large-scale transformation programs. This role will oversee a team of Data Enablement Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of data capabilities.

You will be responsible for driving program execution, aligning business and technology teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring that critical data is enabled, governed, and effectively leveraged across transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of data enablement workstreams aligned with enterprise transformation programs
  • Manage and mentor a team of Data Enablement Leads and analysts, ensuring clarity of goals, priorities, and deliverables
  • Partner with business, technology, and data platform stakeholders to align on program objectives and execution plans
  • Define and track program roadmap, milestones, and KPIs for data enablement initiatives
  • Oversee prioritization and execution of data backlog across multiple domains (customer, finance, product, supplier, etc.)
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies across data engineering, governance, and business teams
  • Ensure effective translation of business requirements into scalable data solutions
  • Drive governance, quality, and standardization across all enabled data assets
  • Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges proactively
  • Facilitate executive-level communication, including program updates, status reports, and steering committee reviews
  • Ensure adoption and business value realization of delivered data assets
  • Champion best practices in data governance, data literacy, and change management

Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Data, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, data transformation, or analytics delivery roles
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems and multiple data domains (customer, finance, product, supplier, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management capabilities
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in a matrixed or federated data organization.
    • Familiarity with enterprise transformation methodologies or frameworks.
    • Understanding of data architecture concepts and enterprise data modeling.
    • Experience with Agile delivery environments and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).  

In the US, the target base salary for this role is upto $200,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
