As a Project Specialist, you will lead cross-functional project teams to enhance patient care through strategic planning, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
Drive meaningful change in healthcare as our Project Specialist, where you'll be the strategic force behind transforming Patient & Practice Solutions from concept to reality. You'll orchestrate dynamic projects that directly impact patient care, leading cross-functional teams through innovative test-and-learn programs while continuously optimizing workflows and processes. This role combines strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver solutions that make a real difference in how healthcare is delivered.
Candidates should be comfortable working remotely/work from home anywhere within the US.
Primary Duties:
Planning & Execution:
- Draft and manage project plans, timelines, and program documentation
- Build and implement test-and-learn programs from concept to rollout
- Design processes, tools, and workflows to support operational excellence and potential program scaling
- Drive systematic workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between key stakeholders, providing regular status updates on progress, risks, and opportunities
- Organize and lead cross-functional (i.e. Product & Analytics) team meetings and facilitate project communication and document outcomes
- Coordinate stakeholder input and foster alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Escalate issues and recommend solutions to Leadership when necessary
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data and feedback to assess program impact
- Synthesize learnings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Analyze trends to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities
- Track and report on project milestones, deadlines, and key performance metrics
- Manage data requests and refreshes; Coordinate and oversee care lists
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
- 2-4 yrs. experience in project coordination
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organization and time management skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication (written & verbal) skills; Ability to document and maintain SOP’s/processes and clearly share data outputs with various audiences
- Proficient with Excel & Google Sheets; Experience with project management software (i.e. Monday.com and Salesforce) & BI/reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, Snowflake, and Power BI)
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Experience in the healthcare industry
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
