This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Memphis, TN, Dallas, TX or McLean, VA

This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Technology team that's creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing the hospitality industry around the world! As a Property Technology Solutions Manager for Property Technology Services, Hotel Systems, you will apply technology, hospitality operations, and program coordination experience at a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Property Technology Services team reporting to the Senior Manager Property Technology Services, Hotel Systems Onboarding & Vendor Management, you will support the onboarding and lifecycle governance of third-party hotel operations systems across Consultation, Fast Track, and Full Onboarding pathways by coordinating vendor inputs and documentation for network architecture, cyber security, privacy, accessibility, contracting, approved-solution records, lifecycle reviews, and stakeholder communications while keeping technology and operational-readiness dependencies visible and aligned.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Coordinate assigned third-party hotel system requests through the Consultation, Fast Track, or Full Onboarding pathway and document adherence to Hilton standards and guardrails.
  • Coordinate vendor inputs for onboarding reviews, including proposed network diagrams, network engineering review, cyber security and privacy assessments, accessibility requirements, and contracting documentation.
  • Maintain onboarding plans, decision records, risks, dependencies, approved-solution information, and status reports so review outcomes and conditions remain visible and traceable.
  • Track technology onboarding, operational-readiness, and application lifecycle activities, including gaps, dependencies, product updates, remediation, periodic reviews, vendor business reviews, and retirement or offboarding documentation.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner with Property Technology Services Intake & Strategy to receive intake packages that confirm requirements, sponsorship, network placement, integrations, and the recommended onboarding pathway.
  • Collaborate with Global Network Engineering, Global Information Security, Privacy, HSM, Accessibility, Software Engineering, business owners, Operations, Operations Support, and Field IT to coordinate reviews and align technology and operational readiness.
  • Work with vendor partners to obtain technical, security, privacy, accessibility, contracting, implementation, and lifecycle documentation and communicate documented decisions and conditions to stakeholders.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • Lead assigned Consultation reviews for local, non-scaling, non-integrated solutions and coordinate Fast Track reviews for lower-risk products, escalating requests to Full Onboarding when scale, integration, or risk increases.
  • Maintain implementation guides, comparison materials, process and workflow records, approved-solution inventory information, and communications for assigned products, pilots, regional consultations, vendor business reviews, and lifecycle changes.
