This position reports to:

Sales Support Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and implement proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience to create market demand and need for specific features or products. Each day, you will identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships.
This role is open to remote candidates located within the US (#LI-Remote), with a preference for those that would be able to work a hybrid schedule out of an ABB office.
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.

  • Creating plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.

  • Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.

  • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's Engineering Degree from an accredited university or college

  • 3+ years experience in project quotations, proposals, bids, etc.

  • 3+ years of prior industry experience is strongly preferred (ideally in some form of a quick learning, rotational, development program).

  • Candidates must already possess authorization to work for ABB in the US.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $83,300 and $133,280 annually.
