Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN

The Provider Enrollment Specialist supports the timely and accurate enrollment of employed, contracted, and affiliated providers with insurance carriers to enable billing and reimbursement. The Specialist coordinates collection of provider data, prepares and submits enrollment applications, and ensures ongoing maintenance of accurate records. This position requires attention to detail, compliance with payor and regulatory standards, and strong communication with providers, payors, and internal stakeholders. This position is remote, requiring reliable internet access, a professional workspace, and the ability to stay on task with limited supervision.

Qualifications:

  • High School / GED

  • Associate's degree in business or healthcare preferred.

  • 2 years of healthcare, credentialing, or payor enrollment experience required.

  • Experience with Epic, PECOS, or other enrollment/credentialing systems preferred.
