The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Applications Team: 

The PST HR/Payroll Focal is responsible for coordinating all HR and Payroll–related work across ES-owned HR/Payroll applications within the PST program. This role serves as the central point of integration between PST, ES HR/Payroll, Corporate functions, and the Business Units to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and readiness across all HR/Payroll deliverables.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate all PST-related HR/Payroll workstreams across ES HR/Payroll applications, ensuring alignment with program timelines, dependencies, and scope.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between PST Program teams, ES HR/Payroll, Corporate Payroll, and BU stakeholders.

  • Ensure HR/Payroll requirements, dependencies, and design decisions are clearly captured, communicated, and incorporated into PST solution design and build.

  • Monitor progress of HR/Payroll-related deliverables, identifying risks, gaps, and cross-functional impacts; drive mitigation actions as needed.

  • Support integration across HR/Payroll boundary systems, ensuring appropriate governance, issue escalation, and adherence to PST processes (CRs, QR0/QR1, design checkpoints, etc.).

  • Facilitate coordination of configuration, testing, cutover, and readiness activities across HR/Payroll teams to support release milestones.

  • Prepare and deliver status updates, materials, and executive-level communications related to HR/Payroll program work.

  • Ensure HR/Payroll functional teams are aligned to PST standards, including documentation, process handoffs, and data requirements.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience

  • Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes, systems, and integrations.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional coordination in a complex program environment.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior leadership.

  • Proven ability to manage dependencies, track deliverables, and drive accountability.

  • Experience working in large-scale transformation programs.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
