Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a personable and motivated Public Relations Assistant to support customer outreach, community engagement, promotional activities, and positive brand representation. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building professional relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in public relations and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer and community outreach initiatives.
  • Communicate information about products, services, and promotional opportunities.
  • Engage with customers and prospective customers during outreach activities.
  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and provide helpful information or appropriate solutions.
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Participate in promotional events and community activities.
  • Assist with organizing promotional materials and outreach resources.
  • Support customer follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.
  • Maintain organized records of outreach and customer interactions.
  • Communicate customer feedback and outreach information to team members.
