ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary operational liaison for all active and incoming programs within the PV&T organization.
Coordinate project kickoff meetings to ensure alignment and representation from necessary functional teams.
Establish and update program schedules in collaboration with functional managers, keeping the PV&T Head informed of progress.
Manage name-based resource planning and maintain a real-time view of resource utilization for the PV&T Head.
Oversee program budgets and provide visibility on actuals versus planned expenditures throughout the year.
Support the PV&T Head with operational tasks, including readouts and schedule enforcement across functions.
Implement consistent processes for program engagement, including intake, scheduling, and resource entry.
Escalate schedule risks and issues to the PV&T Head with clear context and viable options.
Must-Have:
5+ years in technical planning, operations, or coordination within R&D or engineering
Experience supporting senior technical leaders directly
Proficiency with resource planning tools (PDWare/ResourceFirst or equivalent)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple functional teams
Nice-To-Have:
Familiarity with capital expenditure processes and engineering budget management
Background in photonics, test engineering, or optical networking
Exceptional proactive communication skills
Experience with managing resource allocations and maintaining schedules
Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative
