About Position

U.S. Money Reserve is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator. The role requires active listening skills, the ability to work around policy and procedures, and requires a team player who is comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Review recorded sales & verification calls to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Review voicemail messages left for Sales and ensured follow-up.
  • Verify orders when call volume is high.
  • Learn all the processes within the QA Department.
  • Review orders from start to finish to ensure accuracy.
  • Process requests from Sales to update customer records.
  • Back-up Receptionist position for breaks on occasion.
  • Other duties & special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on overall quality of work.
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to effectively communicate in writing.
  • Mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Proficient typing at least 60 wpm
  • Minimum 2 years of clerical work experience
  • Experience in a Quality Assurance or Compliance position a plus.

Education

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required

Experience:

Previous QA experience preferred; minimum 1 year customer service experience required.
