Job Description:
Exciting opportunity to join the site R&D team in Temple, TX in Quality & Food Safety function as Quality Assurance Lead. The job holder is required to provide technical assistance to all manufacturing functions to insure continuous compliance with quality standards.
What are we looking for?
High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of Food Safety, Regulatory, and Good Manufacturing Practices Ability and aptitude to work in an R&D, Manufacturing, and/or Distribution environment
What will be your key responsibilities?
Responsible for communicating and elevating any quality and food safety concerns to site management
Perform pre-operational inspection after sanitation.
Complete required documentation.
Know and understand all CCP's, and report any findings of deficiencies to Site Quality Manager
Maintain and report on hold product and monitor its proper disposition
Reconcile quality checks from previous lot
