Job Description:

Entegris is currently seeking two (2) Quality Control Technician III roles to join our Quality Engineering team. This position will be based in our Burnet, TX facility onsite. In this role, you will support the end of line quality inspection on high volume manufacturing lines. This QC Technician is dynamic and cross-functional, providing support across departments and production lines to ensure that quality standards are met. 

 

We are seeking two shifts for coverage and support:

-1st shift from 7:00 AM-4:00 PM CST/ Friday – Tuesday (Day Shift)

-2nd shift from 3:30 PM-12:30 AM CST/ Monday – Friday (Night Shift)

 

What You’ll Do 

Validate that quality standards have been met prior to shipping finished products by: 

  • Completing detailed visual inspections on outgoing vessels; ensuring that product is free of visual defects, loose or missing equipment, etc. 

  • Verifying product documentation is accurate and legible, including checking accuracy of labels and process paperwork. 

  • Ensuring that all product testing is complete and within shipping specification guidelines for shipping to customers.  

  • Complete inspections within the required timeframe for shipment. 

  • Maintain inspection records and regularly provide updates on inspection status to leaders, peers, etc. as a representative of the quality group. 

What We Seek 

  • GED or high school diploma required
  • 3+ years of experience working in production manufacturing and/or quality role preferred
  • Problem-solver
  • Strong attentiveness to detail
  • Highly adaptable to changing requirements and maintains strong organizational skills
  • Motivated, independent self-starter, with a desire to enhance product quality system
  • Able to educate, lead/direct groups on quality standards
