What you’ll do:

Work alongside Quality Engineers to improve on-time delivery, first pass yield, and scrap rates. Provide
mentorship and guidance for team member project management and execution. Responsible for root cause
analysis and corrective action plans based on non-conformances identified. Develop project workflows for
quality checks and risk assessment. Drive new product design or improvements based on customer
changes. Provide oversight and development collaboration for the company’s supply chain. Develop and
implement robust quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to maintain product quality and
regulatory compliance. Develop and execute comprehensive quality control processes, including
inspection protocols, testing methodologies, and documentation systems. Utilize data analysis techniques
and statistical tools to analyze quality performance metrics, identify trends, and drive data-driven
decision-making. Serve as primary point of contact for customer quality inquiries and escalations,
ensuring timely resolution and effective communication. Conduct regular audits and assessments to
monitor quality performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as
necessary. Create and implement quality control protocols for robotics products and systems. Establish
inspection criteria and procedures for components and finished products. Analyze test data to identify
trends, defects, and areas for improvement. Compile and presenting quality reports to management, including recommendations for corrective actions.

Minimum Requirements:    

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • 36 months of experience in the related areas of Design, Manufacturing, and Quality Management.
