About Us

Sprinter Health is an on-demand mobile health service that sends medical professionals to patients’ homes to perform blood draws, diagnostic and low acuity services, and wellness visits. We are building the clinical and technological infrastructure to realize a future of healthcare untethered. We have a rapidly growing team of visionary leaders who are passionate about increasing access to care, lowering healthcare costs, and improving outcomes for patients.

About the Role

We are rapidly expanding our operations as we scale partnerships and grow our internal Patient Engagement organization. We are looking for an experienced, systems-oriented leader to own training, onboarding, and quality assurance across the Patient Engagement team.

The Training & Quality Manager is responsible for building scalable training and quality programs that improve consistency, reduce performance variation, and ensure teams are prepared to meet operational and partner expectations. With ownership of training and quality outcomes and a team of specialists to execute alongside them, this role is an opportunity to build something lasting at the center of Sprinter Health’s growth.

Key Responsibilities of a Training & Quality Manager
  • Own end-to-end onboarding, ongoing training, and quality assurance for the Patient Engagement team

  • Manage and develop the training and quality team

  • Define, implement, and enforce quality frameworks, audits, and performance expectations

  • Review performance data and quality results to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement

  • Reduce performance variability by addressing systemic training and quality gaps

  • Lead coaching, remediation, and upskilling efforts based on performance outcomes

  • Identify team-wide opportunities for improvement and translate them into training initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with clinical, operational, and company standards

  • Maintain and evolve SOPs, playbooks, and training documentation

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in tooling, ensuring training and quality programs reflect how tools are used to drive effective, efficient performance

  • Ensure training programs support efficient ramp, sustained performance, and long-term team effectiveness

Skills and Requirements
  • Proven 4+ years experience leading training, quality, or performance programs in a scaled operations or customer-facing environment

  • Strong people leadership and coaching skills

  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action

  • Experience building or scaling training and quality programs, not just maintaining them

  • Strong judgment and prioritization skills in fast-moving environments

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Comfort operating in high-growth, high-change organizations

  • Healthcare, patient engagement, or call center experience preferred

About You

You will thrive at Sprinter Health if:

  • Flexibility, humility, and a sense of humor are your key personality traits

  • You are a strong and personable communicator

  • You excel at last minute problem solving and out of the box thinking

  • You are highly organized and love to follow a process

  • You have experience working in an on-demand service or healthcare environment

  • You thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment
