Summary:

Performs receptionist functions for assigned areas(s).

Responsibilities:

Greets guests and provides appropriate assistance and information.Complies with privacy and confidentiality policies when communicating with callers and guests.Responsible for disbursement of resident funds and for the sales and reconciliation of lunch tickets.Receive and sort mail and packages to the appropriate departments.Receives, screens, routes and responds to incoming telephone calls.Provide COVID-19 Screening and completion of questionnaire as per visitation procedures/guidelines for visitors.Takes accurate messages and ensures timely delivery. Provides administrative support where needed.Process visitor passes for Contractors and Visitors after screening for COVID-19.
