RigUp is hiring an Associate Worker Recruiter to help build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified workers across multiple industries and job categories. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing talent, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and identifying opportunities that align worker skills and experience with client needs. Working closely with the Worker Recruiting team, you will play a key role in ensuring RigUp can deliver high-quality workers quickly and efficiently to support client demand. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What you'll be doing:
- Review resumes to understand candidate experience, knowledge, certifications, etc to quickly and efficiently identify individuals for current and potential clients
- Source viable candidates for a variety of roles across multiple categories
- Leverage internal network / platform for viable candidates
- Recruit potential candidates outside of RigUp using a variety of sources
- Sell potential candidates on the opportunity and value of RigUp to build pipeline of available workers in the energy market
- Support the Workforce team in responding to questions or requests for workers
- Provide market trends and insight based on recruiting and sourcing experience for the team to inform and educate clients
Experience and Education Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role (e.g. recruiting, sales support, success, onboarding, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with varying deadlines
- Ability to maintain relationships through texting, (cold) calling, and flexible availability based on client base
- Excellent ability to communicate both, written and verbally, with a variety of audiences
Additional experience preferred, but not required:
- Experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment
