The Role

T1 Energy is looking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and administrative recruiting processes to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels

• Coordinate and schedule job fairs, hiring events, etc.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process

• Manage job postings across job boards and internal systems

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates and reviewing resumes

• Prepare interview materials and ensure interviewers are aligned and informed

• Facilitate offer processes, including drafting and sending offer letters

• Support onboarding coordination for new hires

• Track recruiting metrics and generating reports as needed

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, ADP, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments

• Familiarity with interview scheduling tools and calendar management

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment practices

• Bilingual (Spanish)
