The Regional Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned region. This position focuses on fostering relationships with existing clients, acquiring new accounts, and achieving sales targets in line with the organization's objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical or diagnostics industry.

  • Relationship Building: Strong abilities in building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective sales presentations and negotiations.

  •  Analytical Abilities: Capability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and devise sales strategies.

 
  • Result-Oriented: Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned region.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating leads and converting them into accounts.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to understand and communicate product features and benefits.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and potential market shifts.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts as required.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in the market landscape, adapting sales strategies accordingly.

  • Additional duties as assigned.
