We currently have two openings - One to support the West Coast & one to support the East Coast. This is a hybrid role reporting to our Austin, TX office ~3 days a week.


POSITION OVERVIEW 

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving retention and growth. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Act as the main point of communication for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. 
  • Understand clients’ goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions that align with Routeware’s offerings. 
  • Monitor client satisfaction and service delivery, conducting regular check-ins and feedback sessions. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and onboarding of new features and updates. 
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling of additional services. 
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in CRM tools. 
  • Prepare and present regular performance reviews to clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments that may impact clients’ operations. 


QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. 
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing client needs. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
