How will you make an impact?

Jabil is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead Manufacturing Engineering across our U.S. and Canadian operations. This role drives excellence through capability and technology development, deployment, and collaboration across Jabil sites, customers, and suppliers.

Location: On-site at any U.S. Jabil manufacturing facility
Travel: Up to 50% across U.S. sites based on business needs, projects, etc.
Type: Full-time, In person/On site

What will you do?

• Strategic Leadership:
  Implement and communicate regional engineering strategies aligned with global goals. Standardize processes and drive performance through key metrics.

• Team Development & Recruitment:
  Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent. Build succession plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Technology & Capability Advancement:
  Lead innovation by researching, developing, and deploying advanced manufacturing technologies. Maintain a regional capability roadmap and stay ahead of industry trends.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Partner with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to exchange knowledge and drive strategic projects.

• Operational Excellence:
  Optimize cost, streamline processes, and ensure project milestones deliver maximum value.

How will you get here?

• Bachelor’s in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• 8+ years in manufacturing or engineering management, including 5+ years in capability deployment

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and technical acumen
