Sr. Go-to-market (GTM) Marketing Manager, Application Security – Remote California
This is for a Remote or hybrid role in California or Texas or in US.
Position Summary

The Senior Go-to-Market Marketing Manager, Application Security - Americas is the marketing owner for the Application Security business across North America and Latin America. This person translates global portfolio strategy into a focused Americas growth plan, aligns cross-functional teams around shared priorities, and leads the regional marketing motions required to create, progress, and convert pipeline.

Key Areas of Responsibility 

• GTM Strategic Planning and Execution

• Pipeline Planning and performance management

• Integrated demand creation and local activation

• Sales and Marketing alignment 

• Sales, Channel and Customer activation 

Basic Qualifications
 

• Bachelor’s or equivalent practical experience 

• 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience spanning go-to-market, product marketing, regional or field marketing, demand generation or equivalent discipline

• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, application security, cloud security or another technically complex B2B SaaS market. 

• Proven ownership of a multi-quarter GTM plan tied to measurable pipeline, revenue, adoption or expansion outcomes. 

• Experience leading cross functional teams across sales, marketing and channel

• Hands-on experience building and executing integrated campaigns, ABM programs, webinars, events, partner plays and opportunity acceleration motions.

• Ability to interpret pipeline and funnel data, establish meaningful KPIs, diagnose pipeline gaps and make investments and program decisions based on evidence. 

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management and influence skills in a global matrix organization.

• Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, intent and engagement platforms

• Bi-lingual English and Spanish 

Physical Demands

Typical office environment 

Special Position Requirements
Schedule: Core Business Hours Monday-Friday, etc.
Travel: Domestic or International travel up to 25% travel

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between


Total Target Cash (TTC) 85,830.00 - 157,500.00 USD Annual

This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity.
