As the Regional Sales Manager, Title and Escrow, you will be responsible for leading the growth strategy and sales execution for Compass Integrated Services Title and Escrow companies across Colorado and Utah regions. This role requires a highly influential leader who can inspire performance, build strong business partnerships, and create a culture of accountability focused on delivering sustained revenue growth and market share expansion.

The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute the regional growth plan, recruit and develop high-performing sales talent, and leverage consultative selling strategies to drive business results. Success in this role requires the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, partner closely with operational and brand leaders, and build a sales organization that consistently delivers exceptional performance.

The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals dedicated to growing the business, strengthening client relationships, and maximizing opportunities within the marketplace. This position reports directly to the Regional President.

This is a Colorado based remote role. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Regional Growth:

· Develop and execute a strategic growth plan that drives increased revenue, market share, and sales productivity across the Colorado and Utah regions.

· Translate business objectives into actionable sales strategies that deliver measurable results.

· Establish clear priorities and performance expectations aligned to annual growth targets.

· Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to accelerate business development and client acquisition.

 

Build and Develop High-Performing Title and Escrow Sales Teams:

· Recruit, hire, and retain top title and escrow sales talent capable of delivering exceptional business results.

· Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

· Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals to strengthen consultative selling skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities.

· Create development plans that build bench strength and prepare future sales leaders.

· Hold team members accountable to performance expectations, sales goals, and professional standards.

 

Drive Sales Excellence and Accountability:

· Lead a results-oriented sales organization focused on consistent quota attainment and sustainable growth.

· Partner with the sales team to advance opportunities, overcome obstacles, and close strategic business.

· Utilize data, pipeline management, and forecasting to improve decision-making and drive execution.

· Implement sales best practices and performance metrics that enhance productivity and accountability.

· Ensure accurate reporting, expense management, and operational discipline across the organization.

 

Influence Through Strategic Partnerships:

· Build strong, trusted relationships with brand leaders, operational partners, and key stakeholders to support regional growth objectives.

· Collaborate with business leaders to align sales strategies with broader market and organizational priorities.

· Partner with franchise and service organizations to understand growth opportunities and deliver solutions that support client success.

· Serve as a credible and influential business partner who drives alignment, collaboration, and results.

· Create an environment where innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement are expected and rewarded.

· Inspire teams to embrace challenges, pursue opportunities, and consistently raise the bar on performance.

· Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to growth, development, and business results.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a proven title and escrow sales leader with a track record of accelerating growth, developing high-performing teams, and building strong business partnerships.

· Proven success leading title and escrow sales organizations and driving revenue growth.

· Minimum of 3 years of title and escrow sales leadership experience.

· Minimum of 5 years of consultative title and escrow sales experience.

· Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain top-performing title and escrow sales talent.

· Proven experience creating accountability frameworks that drive performance and execution.

· Strong background in consultative selling methodologies, including SPIN Selling or similar approaches.

· Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.

· Strong financial and business acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, and budget oversight.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

· Based in Colorado; willing to travel throughout Colorado and Utah
