  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, Business Units, Alliance Partners and other internal stakeholders to align on goals, target accounts, and event/program execution.
  • Manage and mentor team members and external partners (including event and agency partners) to deliver high-quality programs on time and within budget.

  • Demonstrated track record of building and executing programs and events that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience managing and developing people and/or leading cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into clear event strategies and integrated marketing plans, paired with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Experience with marketing and sales automation platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce.com, and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
  • Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and integrated program best practices.
  • Experience working with external agencies and partners (e.g., event, telemarketing, advertising, and digital).

Communications and digital expertise

  • Exceptional command of the English language, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and formats.
