The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Executive Assistant at Turquoise Health, you will provide high-level administrative support to executives, helping manage calendars, communications, and strategic projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items
- Organize documents and maintain filing systems
- Support internal reporting and documentation needs
- Assist with travel coordination and expense tracking
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of executive support experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
