Remote Life Insurance Sales Advisor

This is a remote position.

At Maple Bay Financial, we believe the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn can go a long way. You do not need to be an experienced insurance advisor to be considered. We welcome candidates who are already licensed, as well as those who are interested in obtaining their life insurance license and developing their sales skills with support from our team.

For candidates who are not yet licensed, we provide guidance and mentorship throughout the licensing and training process. You will have access to coaching, established sales processes, and the resources needed to prepare for a career in the industry. 

Once licensed and appropriately authorized, you will work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs, present suitable life insurance solutions, and guide clients through the application process from initial telephone consultation to close.

With leads provided, digital sales tools, and ongoing coaching, you can focus on developing your sales abilities, helping clients find appropriate coverage, and building consistent production.

• Conduct telephone consultations with life insurance prospects
  

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions
  

• Present products, provide quotes, and guide clients through the application process
  

• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities in the CRM
  

• Maintain accurate client records and provide responsive customer service
  

• Maintain product knowledge and comply with licensing and regulatory requirements
  

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Advisors are responsible for their own taxes, licensing fees, and applicable business expenses.

• Valid life insurance license in a Canadian province where we operate (excluding PEI and Quebec)
  

• Willing to obtain a license with our guidance
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Confident and comfortable with telephone-based sales
  

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  

• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
  

• Comfortable with CRM systems and technology
