This role of Lifecycle Marketing Manager is to manage global industry marketing campaigns and manage customer engagement and communication in the Company for Startups Program, The role partners with outside agencies and internal stakeholders to develop campaigns that include but are not limited to: paid media, email marketing, event marketing and/or sales enablement (inbound & outbound).
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build programs for customer engagement and communication in the Company for Startups Cloud Program, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns and unlock new tactics
-Build successful customer advocacy and loyalty via storytelling, testimonials and referral programs.
-Continually monitor and measure success, regularly report data driven insights and use these insights to enhance the strategy.
Ideal Qualifications for Lifecycle Marketing Manager:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-At least 5+ years of event management experience.
-Excellent written and presentation skills.
-Customer Marketing via Marketo or similar tools.
-Experience working for a startup, or experience in startup marketing or supporting VC and incubator partnerships, startups and/or cloud technologies
-Ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders and convey crisp business outcomes and narratives using insights and data
-Experience with CRM systems (SFDC, Dynamics, etc.), marketing automation, and email marketing
-Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Has B2B SaaS experience from previous companies, preferably in a Lifecycle Marketing Manager role.
Is passionate about Cloud SaaS platforms, data analytics solutions and / or industries such as retail, manufacturing and finance.
Project management - ability to manage priorities, set and meet deadlines, and manage budgets for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and quality in deliverables.
Written and verbal communication skills - ability to clearly convey ideas, project status, and insights and learnings.
Problem solving and creative thinking - ability to manage through project roadblocks with limited oversight.
Interpersonal skills - ability to to build and maintain relationships with colleagues.
Work independently - ability to make recommendations and decisions autonomously.
Formal presentation skills - ability to present to all levels of management.
Strong attention to detail - ability to execute at a granular level while thinking strategically.
Related Work Experience
At least 6+ years of work experience
4+ years of industry experience in Lifecycle Customer, B2B marketing, technology or related industries.
2 years of experience in managing integrated marketing and Salesforce and reporting analytics experience.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
Must Haves:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment matrix organization
Must have worked in Startup

Must have program and project management skills
Must be self-motivated, passionate about Marketing and Demand Generation
Must be a team player who enjoys learning and growing
Experience in Marketo and Salesforce.com is preferred.

Compensation Range: $70,000 – $120,000 annually

This posted range represents our good-faith estimate for this remote role at the time of posting, in compliance with applicable state and local laws including California, Colorado, New York, and Washington.

Final compensation will depend on various factors such as the candidate’s location, experience, qualifications, and alignment with internal compensation equity. Offers typically fall within the lower to mid-point of the posted range for most candidates.

This role may also be eligible for performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
